You may choose either land- or water-based exercise. Instructors provide a combination of stretching, strength and aerobic conditioning exercises that are tailored to the needs of people with osteoporosis. The classes offer a comfortable social environment for an enjoyable and rewarding exercise experience. Your doctor's consent is required to register for this program.
