Primary Health Care Services
Referral Based Clinic
Individualized treatment for peri- and post-menopausal women is provided by doctors, nurses, dieticians and pharmacists to help women find solutions for their menopausal symptoms.
Your doctor can refer you to the Clinic by faxing a letter of referral to the Women’s Mid-Life Health Centre at (306) 978-7801. Call Dani at 978-3888 for more information.
Public Forums
We present 6 to 8 forums per year open to the general public. Forums are video-taped for use in rural/remote communities in Saskatchewan. Topics presented so far:

- Information on the Results from the Women's Health Initiatives Trial
- Women and Heart Disease
- Women and Osteoporosis
- Menopause: When is Hormone Therapy Appropriate?
- Am I Losing My Mind? (Part 2): Mood Changes & Depression in Mid-Life Women

Library and Resource Centre
Our comprehensive lending library offers books, pamphlets and video resources on topics such as:
- exercise programs to reduce the possibility of osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease, and to enhance overall fitness
- the body's changing nutrient requirements
- mental well-being (self-image, depression, insomnia)
- medications and complementary therapies for specific symptoms and related diseases
- sexuality as the body changes
- incontinence and bleeding
